This product can be made on a 5 or 6 station parts former.

Customized Hex Flange Self Drilling Screw with EPDM washer

This product was made on a 1 die 2 blow heading machine. Processed through a washer assembly machine to clamping machine and finished with an automatic thread rolling machine.

No Head Full Thread Screw

This product was threading using a 2 die thread rolling machine. A specialized automatic feed system was installed for ease of operation.
